East St. Louis School District 189 company specializing in [Client's Services]. They approached 01creative to revamp their outdated website to attract more customers and improve user experience.
Project Scope: The primary goal was to create a custom, responsive knowledge base with messaging functions that supported their staff support and ongoing training needs.
Challenges
Identifying Pain Points: They had no existing knowldge base and support platform
Specific Issues: The few sources they had for the many platforms and systems the used were splintered or just consisted of notes and instructions sent trhough email.
Solution
Initial Consultation: We began with a detailed consultation to understand the client’s training and support goals were. This collaborative process ensured that our solutions were aligned with their needs. 01creative added the addition components for messaging, organization roster, and news/updates app.
Development Process:
- Design Phase: We created site maps and wireframes to visualize the methodology of the new solution.
- Development Phase: Our team built the website using a CMS, ensuring a seamless, responsive design for all devices, as well as roles and permissions for administrators to add and manage content.
- Testing and Deployment: Rigorous testing was conducted to ensure functionality across all devices before the final deployment.
Implementation
Design and Development: The new website featured a sleek, modern design with intuitive navigation. Key functionalities included an interactive product gallery and videos, easy-to-use messaging forms, and integrated tutorial style layouts.
User Experience: The site’s layout was optimized for both desktop and mobile devices, providing a consistent and enjoyable user experience.
Performance Enhancements: Page loading times were significantly reduced, and potential security measures were enhanced to protect user data although they aren't used as this is just an interoffice solution.
